Veterans Education Transition Support (VETS) Campus Designation
The Tennessee Veterans Education Transition Support (VETS) Act, Public Chapter 612, Acts of 2014, established a program of recognition for higher education institutions which provide comprehensive support to aid veterans in transitioning from military service to enrollment at public institutions of higher learning. Northeast State Community College has acted with initiative to assist our veterans in their pursuit of education and has created a supportive environment where these students can prosper.
