Sexual Violence Prevention Educational Assessment

This primary prevention module is administered by eCHECKUP TO GO and the San Diego State University Research Foundation. Your responses will be kept confidential, and no obtained data will be used in any manner to identify you as a participant. Aggregate data may be used for research purposes and will not identify individual participants or the institution.

Please Note: You will be asked to complete an Electronic Verification of Completion after the online learning module that requires your consent to provide your name, NeSCC ID Number, and email to the College. The link is titled “Verify Completion of Your Entry” and appears on the Thank You page at the end of the learning module.

Once you consent to the submission, your data will be submitted to Northeast State by email from eCHECKUP TO GO and will be used only to verify your participation in sexual violence prevention training as determined by the U.S. Department of Education’s Clery Act Compliance Division.

You can print a copy of your confirmation page for your records, as well as print a Certificate of Completion for your student or professional portfolio.

Whether victims of sexual violence or other offenses, individuals can receive assistance, resources, information, and community referrals from campus responders. The office is located in the Pierce Administration Building on the third floor, Room P310.

The Victim Notification of Rights and Resources is available here. For assistance with confidential reports, contact Denise Walker, a Licensed Professional Counselor/Mental Health Service Provider (Temp), at 423.323.0211 or email counseling@NortheastState.edu.
