Adjunct Faculty Application Submission Procedures

Thank you for your interest in becoming an adjunct faculty member at Northeast State Community College. We are pleased that you consider Northeast State a place you would like to work.

Please be aware that your application will not be processed until all required information is received. To complete the application process, you must provide the following information:

*You must provide official transcripts from all colleges/universities where degrees were granted (associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, and doctorate). All transcripts must have the original college seal and must not read “Issued to Student.” It is a Class A misdemeanor to misrepresent academic credentials (T.C.A. §49-7-133). Please submit transcript requests using the included Adjunct Faculty Request for Transcript form to the applicable institution(s) to have your transcript(s) sent directly to the Office of Evening Services. For institutions that only provide official transcripts electronically, please have them emailed to Sandy Baker at sdbaker@NortheastState.edu.

Once all application materials are received, the application will be forwarded to the appropriate academic division for review. Once the review has been completed, the Office of Evening Services will notify applicants regarding the status of their application file.
