Compensation - Job Evaluation Process

Each position is point factor based on a set of competencies.  The total of the points determine the positions minimum Salary Grade.

The process:

  • The supervisor and Vice President will assess and apply points to factor the position.
  • The supervisor will review the position after it has been point factored with Human Resources.

 Each Spring supervisors will go through the above steps to point factor all positions in conjunction with budget hearings.
