Targeted Leadership Development Program (TLDP)
Facilitated by: Dr. Janice H. Gilliam, President of Northeast State and Dr. Donald W. Cameron, President of Guildford Technical Community College, 1991-2011.
The purpose of the Targeted Leadership Development Program (TLDP) at Northeast State is to promote and grow the leadership skills of the institution’s most important asset – our people. The first year of the TLDP offers a variety of seminars by experts and seasoned professionals on engaging leadership topics, including the importance of effective communication and change management techniques.
Year two of the program provides participants with opportunities to showcase skills gained during the first year by collaborating on projects designed to make a positive impact on the campus community.
