Financial Aid Funds for Fall Term

The Financial Aid Office will review all prior grades. If you did not make Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) and have been placed on financial aid removal, then your financial aid funding will be canceled for the fall term. You will be responsible for all tuition and fees. Please use MyNortheast to review your student account. Students who lose eligibility for financial aid can appeal that decision to the Financial Aid Office. Please complete the Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeal Form. March 1 FAFSA Priority Deadline

July15 Financial Aid Priority Deadline

In order to have aid packaged by January 8th, the 1617 FAFSA must be filed by November 15th and all verification documents received by our office by December 1st.

August 21 Financial Aid funds will be applied to your account. Log in to MyNortheast to review your account balance.

August 22 Fees are due.

August 22 The Nightly Class Purge starts January 10th - Student schedules will be deleted if fees are not paid. Every night after August 22nd courses will be dropped for students who have not paid tuition. 

August 23- Sept. 5 Bookstore charge period.

August 28 Classes Begin.

September 10 Census Date for spring term courses: Your spring term federal and state funds will be determined today! Your final financial aid award will be based on your enrollment and participation in class.

Dropping and adding classes may affect your financial aid funds. Please check your MyNortheast account daily.  The timing of financial aid refunds is contingent upon class attendance and Business Office functions.

These calendar dates are subject to change at any time prior to or during the academic term due to emergencies or causes beyond the reasonable control of the institution, including severe weather, loss of utility service, or orders by federal or state agencies.
