OIE Logo  Welcome to the division of Institutional Effectiveness! As its name implies, the purpose of the division is to coordinate and evaluate institutional planning and assessment processes and to conduct institutional research in support of the College’s continuous improvement efforts. The division recognizes the value of teamwork and broad-based participation in its endeavors. In fact, we believe they are essential in order to promote the College’s Vision, Mission, and Values as well as to support a campus climate which is conducive to continuous improvement.
