Northeast State Community College is accepting applications for the position listing of adjunct faculty to collect a pool of qualified candidates for upcoming semesters. Adjunct faculty positions are temporary teaching positions filled semester-by-semester as needed. This posting is not a guarantee of an open position. Available positions vary and fluctuate to include classes during the day, evening, weekend, traditional, high school dual enrollment, CTE, or distance education classes at various locations throughout our five county service area. 

The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges mandates specific qualifications for collegiate-level faculty.

Note: Advanced Technologies--Automotive Service, Auto Body/Collision Repair, Drafting, Manufacturing, HVAC/R, Machine Tool Technology, Welding (emphasis in SMAW), Electrical Technology (emphasis in National Electrical Code and Motors, Alternators, and Generators), Mechanical Technology (emphasis in Hydraulic Systems and experience with Piping for Mechanical Trades), Aviation Maintenance, and Avionics.
