ONLINE TESTING REGISTRATION

All testing is by APPOINTMENT 

• The COMPASS test and MyMathTest are available on both Blountville and Kingsport campuses.  When scheduling a test date select location, test date and time. You must then provide your name, phone numbers and an email address.  A reminder will be sent to your email account.   For practice tests and more information, go to Compass.  

• CLEP test must be scheduled online. (If non-Northeast State student use 999999999 for Northeast State 900 ID number.) Print the CLEP Registration Form, follow the procedures for pre-registration and then, bring the CLEP Registration Form to the Business Office along with the $20 fee on the day of the scheduled test. 

• INFS (CSCI) credit-by-exam.  The Request for Credit by Examination Form must be obtained in room F211. After obtaining the form a test date may be scheduled.  The exam is only available on the Blountville campus.  The $45 fee must be paid in the Business Office prior to testing.  You must provide your name, phone numbers and an email address.  A reminder will be sent to your email account. 

• Distance Education.  Students who require a proctor for a non-Northeast State test must schedule a test date online (If non-Northeast State use 99999999 for Northeast State 900 ID number.) Print the Distance Education Proctoring Form and mail or fax (423.323.0224) the form to Testing Services. There is a $20 fee for each proctored exam
   

• Exit Exam (Proficiency Profile Exit Exam) - This exam is required for graduation. Testing will be open July 5 – August 9 for summer graduates. Testing is available on both Blountville and Kingsport campuses.  When scheduling a test date select location, test date and time. Then provide your name, phone numbers and an email address.  A reminder will be sent to your email account.    (Only students who have submitted a graduation application and received notification from the Office of Admissions and Records may test.)

• RODP EXAMS – For information about RODP exams and to schedule your test go to www.NortheastState.edu/RODP.  

         *Midterms: June 27 - July 3         Finals: August 2 – 8 

*Students may only schedule midterms.  Final test dates will be added once midterms are completed.
