In furtherance of this mandate, Northeast State has enacted policies, which are in compliance with TBR Policy 3:02:01:00, as well as all state and federal law. All disciplinary procedures are affirmatively communicated to the faculty, staff, and students of the institution as well as published in appropriate websites, handbooks, or manuals.
