President's Institute for Targeted Leadership Development (TLDP)

Facilitated by: Dr. Janice H. Gilliam, President of Northeast State and Dr. Donald W. Cameron,  President of Guildford Technical Community College from 1991 – 2011.

The purpose of the Targeted Leadership Development Program at Northeast State Community College is to promote and grow the leadership skills of the institution’s most important asset – our people. The first year of the program offers seminars by experts and seasoned professionals on a variety of engaging leadership topics, such as the importance of effective communication and how to manage change. Year two of the Targeted Leadership Development Program provides participants with opportunities to showcase skills learned during the first year through collaboration on projects designed to make a positive impact on campus
