Welcome to the Health-Related Professions Division
The purpose of the Health-Related Professions Division is to provide instruction in Cardiovascular Technology, Dental Assisting, Emergency Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Technology, and Surgical Technology, which prepares students to function in the role of a specialized healthcare provider. Completion of these programs enables the student to take certification and/or licensure examinations required in these healthcare fields.

To meet the growing need for healthcare professionals, Northeast State's Health-Related Professions Division offers an associate of applied science degree in Allied Health with concentrations in the fields of Dental Assisting, EMT-Paramedic, Medical Laboratory Technology, and Surgical Technology. The division also offers the associate of applied science degree in Cardiovascular Technology, with Invasive and Non-Invasive options. In addition, students may obtain a technical certificate in either Dental Assisting or EMT-Paramedic.
