Transcript Requests
Transcript requests may be requested through MyNortheast.
There are four ways to submit your completed request: Transcript Form
- Fax - you may fax your completed request to the office of Admissions and Records at 423.323.0215.
- U.S. mail - you may mail your completed request to the address listed below.

- In person - you may hand-deliver your request to the office of Admissions and Records (P203) on the main campus. The office hours are listed below.
Monday through Thursday
7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday
7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Frequently Asked Questions
No charge is assessed for transcripts provided that five (5) or fewer copies are requested at any one time. Additional copies after five (5) will cost $1 each. This charge is payable in the Business Office. Transcripts will not be furnished unless all financial obligations to Northeast State have been satisfied.

All transcript requests are normally processed within three (3) working days after receipt of signed request. Requests received at the end of a term or during registration periods may take longer to process.

The office of Admissions and Records is open Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. *Please Note: The office of Admissions and Records will close at 5:00 p.m. each day that classes are not in session.
