The Center for Students with Disabilities is established to serve the needs of individuals with disabilities. In order to receive accommodations or services, students must self-identify and request services through the Center for Students with Disabilities. Reasonable accommodations and the need for tutoring services are reviewed and determined on a case-by-case basis. To obtain accommodations or support services from the Center for Students with Disabilities:

  1. Contact the CSD coordinator by phone or in person.
  2. Provide written documentation of your disability.  See documentation guidelines.

The coordinator will review your documentation and inform you if additional information is required. You will then be contacted to schedule your Needs Assessment appointment and determine those accommodations and support services to be provided.
