Adjunct Faculty Information/Opportunities

Adjunct faculty are defined by Tennessee Board of Regents policy "as professional staff members of businesses, industries and other agencies and organizations who are appointed by institutions and schools on a part-time basis to carry out instructional, research or public service functions." The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools mandate specific qualifications for collegiate-level faculty.

    Adjunct faculty employment opportunities vary from semester to semester and adjunct faculty are hired on an as needed basis.  The following list reflects current divisional adjunct faculty needs based on previous and upcoming semester projections.
