The Office of Health Services provides clinical and informational resources to the academic community on all matters related to health promotion, wellness and primary prevention that encourage lifelong physical and emotional well-being. Health Services works with students, faculty and staff on health issues and promotes good health practices within the College and community. Health Services provides clinic services, helps students access community health resources, provides health and wellness promotion, and serves on campus committees related to the health and wellness of the College community.

Northeast State’s Health Services and ETSU’s College of Nursing have partnered to provide a Medical Clinic with licensed Nurse Practitioner appointments at Blountville during the 2015 Fall and 2016 Spring semesters. Nurse Practitioner hours are 10:00 am - 2:00 pm Wednesdays and 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm Thursdays.

All registered Northeast State students may schedule appointments with the Medical Clinic. The Medical Clinic is funded entirely by Student Activity Fees. Faculty and staff, as well as students, may utilize the Nursing Consult and Self-Care services. There is no charge for office visits to Health Services, although there may be a minimal fee for certain laboratory tests, vaccinations or medical supplies.
