About the Library

The Wayne G. Basler Library is located on the beautiful campus of Northeast State Community College in Blountville, Tennessee.

In 2002, the new Library was completed. It is over 6 times as large as the previous facility. The Library seats more than 450 people and has a projected future collection size of 65,000 volumes.

The Library supports a growing student body, faculty, and community with research, computer, and audio-visual capabilities to meet the demands of the information age.

Our goal is to have a Library that supports every aspect of student learning and that will serve as the cultural, educational, and recreational focal point for the community.
