Policies & Procedures

It is the Library's goal to provide an accurate and expeditious process for circulating materials. Students, faculty, staff, and community users may borrow books for specified loan periods. Periodicals remain in the Library. This assures maximum access to these materials.

Patron Eligibility
 
Students - Students must be currently enrolled.
Faculty/Staff - Includes all current faculty, adjunct faculty, and staff.
Community - Community users must complete a Community Borrowers Registration Form.
 
Loan Periods
 
Books, Music CD's, and Audiobooks- 3 weeks
Art Prints, Maps, and Popular Videos - 3 days
Periodicals and Reference Books - Library use only
Reserve Items - Various times
 
End of Semester Due Dates
 
All Library materials are due on the last day of classes.
 
Library Fines
 
There are no overdue fines for late materials. However, materials are expected back on the date they are due. If materials are not returned by the end of the semester students will not be able to recieve grades or register for classes.
