1. Employment History 

  • You need to be employed, have been employed within the last 9 months, or have a spouse that is employed.
  • You must have NO medical insurance (This includes TennCare, Virginia Medicaid, Medicare Part B, or other forms of insurance.)
  • Retired persons with a history of employment, but NO Medicare Part B, or Supplemental Insurance can access this clinic.
  • Students or those in vocational training may access this clinic.
