SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT TRAINING

The Black Belt Certification Training provides in depth knowledge of all of the tools in the Six Sigma Methodology. Upon completion, the participant will be fully prepared to take on the role of Six Sigma Black Belt. The class provides mastery of all 5 phases complimented by the best training materials available. Mastery of tools include but are not limited to: Project Selection, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Basic Stats, Capability, Inferential Stats, Hypothesis Testing, Normality, Design of Experiments (DOE), Control Plans, and PFMEA. Upon course completion and passing a comprehensive exam, participants will receive a certificate of completion from Northeast State Community College. Participants will also have the opportunity to achieve Black Belt certification after completion of a qualifying project and the passing of a Black Belt certification exam.

Each class will be a combination of lecture and hands on study with each participant receiving mentoring on individual project work relating to their organization.

The instructors for this course are from local industry and, combined, have Six Sigma experience in health care, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and the defense industry.

Who should take this course? 

This course is designed for anyone who will be leading Six Sigma deployment in all types of organizations such as manufacturing, healthcare, banking, and retail plus anyone who might be participating on any Six Sigma project work.
