Northeast State C.A.R.E.S.

Northeast State C.A.R.E.S. assists students and their families with campus and community emergency resources needed to complete their semester.

A one-stop shop for receiving assistance with admissions, advising, financial aid, and more!

Career & Workforce Development Center

The CWDC staff is available to assist remotely with resumes, cover letters, interview prep, job postings and choosing a major. Email or call 423-354-5229, and a staff member will respond to you with further details.  

Counseling Services

Telecounseling (one-on-one counseling) is available via a secure app.  Students requesting online counseling may email for information.  

Dual Enrollment

If you need assistance with Career and Technical Education Dual Enrollment, please contact Whitney McLaughlin at 423-354-5198.

Equity and Compliance

Whether victims of sexual violence or other offenses, individuals can receive assistance, resources, information, and community referrals from campus responders. For reporting assistance and referral to support services, contact the Assistant Director of Equity and Compliance at email or 423- 323-0222.

Student Success Quick Stop

Visit the Student Success Quick Stop at the Blountville campus to receive services from the offices below:

  • Tuesdays: 8AM – 12PM - Admissions and Records
  • Wednesdays: 8AM – 12PM - Information Technology
  • Thursdays: 8AM – 12PM - Financial Aid
  • Fridays: 8AM – 12PM - Business Office

TRiO will be contacting all participants via email and text to begin training them to use zoom tutoring this week.  TRiO will also continue to offer services through text, email, zoom and by phone.
