Library Resources
The
Library building is open with abbreviated hours. Librarians are available
to assist you in person or by telephone, email, online chat, or text message. For more
information see the Library website.

items can be returned to the Library drop box located by the Welcome Center at
the entrance to the Blountville campus.

Admissions
If you have questions about the admissions process or a pending application, please email
admissions@northeaststate.edu. We are happy to answer any enrollment questions you may have.
Advising
Advising Resource Center advisors are available to provide academic advising for fall. Email us at
advising@NortheastState.edu and an advisor will reply to you. You must use your official Northeast State student email address for this service.

Career & Workforce Development Center
The CWDC staff is available to assist remotely with resumes, cover letters, interview prep, job postings and choosing a major. Email
careersvcs@northeaststate.edu or call 423-354-5229, and a staff member will respond to you with further details.
Counseling Services
Telecounseling (one-on-one counseling) is available via a secure app. Students requesting online counseling may email
counseling@NortheastState.edu for information.
Dual Enrollment
If you need assistance with Career and Technical Education Dual Enrollment, please contact Chelsea Rose, Director, at 423-354-5166.
If you need assistance with University Parallel Dual Enrollment, please contact Shelby McKenzie, Director, at 423-354-5186.
Equity and Compliance
Whether victims of sexual violence or other offenses, individuals can receive assistance, resources, information, and community referrals from campus responders. For reporting assistance and referral to support services, contact the Assistant Director of Equity and Compliance at email

TRiO
TRiO will be contacting all participants via email and text to begin training them to use zoom tutoring this week. TRiO will also continue to offer services through text, email, zoom and by phone.
