Criminal justice lecture at Northeast State Community College

The division of Behavioral and Social Sciences provides instruction in criminal justice and criminology, economics, education, early childhood education, geography, mass and speech communications, physical education, political science, psychology, sociology and social work.

Courses offered by the division are designed to fulfill the general education course requirements in technical education programs and to prepare students in the university parallel programs to transfer to four-year colleges and universities. Learning Support reading and learning strategies courses prepare students for college-level course work if placement scores indicate a need.
