Inclusive Excellence

In 2005 the American Association of Colleges and Universities (AAC&U) introduced Inclusive Excellence as a methodology for helping colleges address diversity and inclusion.

Northeast State’s commitment to Inclusive Excellence focuses on compositional diversity and campus climate.

The Office of Diversity is committed to work cooperatively with campus and community groups to encourage academic excellence, to strengthen leadership skills, and to enrich cultural awareness.
