Scheduling a Test in Accessibility Services

Students who have been approved for testing accommodations and plan to test in the Accessibility Services office will need to schedule a date online through the Online Testing Registration page.  Dates/times will be open up to 2 days, i.e. if you want to test on September 19 you must schedule by September 17th . By scheduling 2 days before a test date we can make sure a low distraction environment is available for each student. If no testing dates/times are available or you cannot schedule prior to 2 days before you need to test, please contact Accessibility Services at 423-279-7640 for scheduling assistance. Please review the Accessibility Services Testing Guidelines and information for each test before scheduling a test date.

Hours for testing:

  • Main Campus Testing hours 8:00 a.m. -4:30 p.m.
  • Kingsport, Elizabethton, & Johnson City Campus Testing hours may vary.

Once students have scheduled their test, they must complete the Testing Accommodation Form and give to their instructor. The Testing Accommodation Form must be completed for every test scheduled to be taken in Accessibility Services. This will ensure your instructor is aware of your intentions and can provide your test to the Accessibility Services office.
