Access and Leadership

LEAD Center

The Center for Leadership, Enrichment, Access, and Discovery (LEAD) seeks to promote Northeast State Community College's commitment to belonging and overall inclusive excellence practices by broadening multicultural awareness and sensitivity, leadership, and encourages cross-cultural collaborative relationships through recruitment, engagement, and success.
