Northeast State’s Career & Workforce Development Center serves students, alumni, and community members in all aspects of career and professional planning.

A dedicated staff is available to assist with career coaching, resume development, cover letters, interviewing and job search. The office can assist individuals with clarifying their objectives and establishing career goals, which will enable them to fulfill their personal potential. To help individuals clarify their career goals, guidance is provided through career interest assessments and exploration of occupations. Additionally, staff at the Career and Workforce Development Center stay abreast of regional career opportunities to help students connect to jobs that fit their skills, interests, and employment needs.

The Career & Workforce Development Center is a proud partner of Handshake, an online career services platform, where individuals can access job postings, career-related events, and additional career development resources. Students, alumni, and community members are invited to create an account in the Handshake system to access job postings and career resources 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Instructions for creating an account can be found on our Job Postings page.
