The Center for Leadership, Enrichment, Access, and Discovery (LEAD) seeks to promote Northeast State Community College's commitment to belonging and overall practices by broadening multicultural awareness and sensitivity, leadership, and encourages cross-cultural collaborative relationships through recruitment, engagement, and success.

Features

The space features a comfortable lounge area with tables and chairs, providing a welcoming space for faculty, staff, and students to relax or connect with classmates or colleagues. Other resources include charging stations, an interactive LED monitor, Zoom access, and a wide selection of books and board games.
