Introduction to Mass Communication and Media Writing courses, with a wide variety of electives including Mass Media & Rock n’ Roll and Principles of Advertising, will equip students in the Mass Communication program to transition into upper-level programs in preparation for a career in advertising, public relations, or television or radio broadcasting, as well as a wide range of broader fields that place emphasis on communication skills.
