eRefunds put money in your account...FAST!

Follow the simple steps below to set up your eRefund account.

  • Step One: Log onto the Northeast State homepage at www.NortheastState.edu
  • Step Two: Click on the Payments button on the top of the page.
  • Step Three: Log in. This is the Student Account Suite.
  • Step Four: Click on Electronic Refunds on the right side of the page and enter your banking information.

If you are not sure of the Routing and Account numbers, your bank can provide you with that information. If you have questions, call the Business Office at 423.354.2511.

It’s Easy!

  • No more trips to the bank or waiting for a paper check.
  • When refunds are processed they are deposited in the account you selected for refund.
  • The refund should be deposited within 3 business days of the date the refund was processed.\
